Service

SMILES provides software for service-business booking, scheduling, job operations, team coordination, customer payments, integrations, and optional mobile workflows. Features depend on the selected plan, workspace configuration, and connected providers.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining credential security, controlling team access, and activity performed through your workspace. You must notify support if you believe an account has been compromised.

Business responsibilities

Each workspace operates its own service business and is responsible for its services, pricing, customers, workers, licenses, insurance, taxes, refunds, disputes, safety, and compliance with applicable laws. SMILES is the software provider and is not the provider of services booked through a workspace.

Payments and subscriptions

Payment features are available only when explicitly enabled and connected to a supported provider. Customer payments for services belong to the applicable service business. The business is responsible for prices, deposits, refunds, disputes, taxes, and required disclosures. During controlled pilots, businesses must use their existing payment method unless SMILES confirms that customer checkout is enabled for that workspace.

Controlled pilots

Pre-release and pilot access may include incomplete, changing, or unavailable features. Pilot users must keep independent copies of critical schedules and business records, report problems promptly, and avoid using SMILES for emergencies, life-safety operations, or other activity where delay or loss could cause harm. Pilot access does not represent App Store, Google Play, accessibility, security, payment, or production certification.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unsafe, or unauthorized activity; attempt to access another workspace; interfere with platform operation; upload malicious material; or misuse location, customer, payment, or worker information.

Availability and changes

The platform may change as features are improved or providers update their systems. We work to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material policy changes will be posted with an updated effective date.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the platform or request account deletion. Deletion requests follow the 30-day recovery and verified support-processing procedure described in the Privacy Policy. Access may be suspended for security, abuse, nonpayment, or legal reasons.
